This policy explains how SIChamps handles information collected through sichamps.com. SIChamps presents web development, AI development, hosting, and related services, with OpenApps.si and CoNew.in as its global and India-focused project platforms. For privacy questions, use our contact form and identify your request as a privacy enquiry.
Information you provide
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected service and audience, project description, and any optional budget or preferred app name you provide. Enquiries arriving from OpenApps.si or CoNew.in can include the project name and audience you selected there. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the form.
How enquiries are handled
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss the project, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the conversation. The form asks for your permission to use your details to respond. Submissions are saved privately in WordPress with administrator access and sent as an email notification to the SIChamps team. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver these services.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Our hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and access times in server logs. The enquiry form uses temporary hashed identifiers derived from the submitting IP address and email address to limit repeated submissions. These controls help protect the form against spam and misuse.

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as checking browser cookie support and keeping authorised users signed in. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in functionality.
If comments are enabled on an article, WordPress stores the information entered in the comment form and technical details used for moderation, including the IP address and browser information. Approved comments may be publicly visible. If you opt to remember your comment details, cookies can store them for convenience. An avatar service, where enabled, may receive a hashed identifier derived from your email address; its handling is described in the Automattic privacy policy.
Our cookie banner stores your accept or reject choice in the first-party sc_cookie_consent cookie for up to 180 days. It contains the preference, not your name or email address. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice. Optional services registered with the theme’s consent integration stay off unless you accept. The SIChamps theme currently adds no optional analytics or advertising services.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry records remain in WordPress until an administrator deletes them; they do not currently expire automatically. Email copies and hosting backups are managed separately and can persist after removal of the WordPress record. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your enquiry. We may need to verify the request, and some information may need to be retained for an ongoing project, security, or applicable obligations.
External websites and embedded content
Our project links take you to other websites, including OpenApps.si and CoNew.in. Each website has its own practices. Embedded content, if included in an article, may collect information or use cookies as if you visited the provider directly. Check that provider’s policy before interacting with it.
Advertising and future changes
